Beef Butchery & Packing Rates
All of the meat will be vacuum packed / tray wrapped and labelled (product name, weight and priced if requested). Items such as sausages – link and square, burgers etc will be tray wrapped or bagged in freezer bags. Steak pies will be tray wrapped. Prices include packing a labelling.

Up to 400 KG dead weight - £93 p / Kg
Over 400 KG dead weight – 89p / Kg

Burger & Sausage Processing
Lorne & Sausages - £3.00 / 6 KG batch (approx 3 – 4 blocks of lorne per batch)
Burgers - £3 / 4Kg batch (these are ¼ pounders) options of plain beef, spicy beef and caramelised onion & cracked black pepper.
Bone & waste disposal
£25 per Carcass
Optional extra
1lb steak pie manufacture - £1.00 per pie
