Butchery & Packing
Do you have your own Farm, Small Holding or dare I say it back Garden with your own animals. Do you shop for your meat weekly at the supermarket, Grocer or butcher - are you missing something here? why not grow and process your own for your own freezer / larder?!
Have your own animals professionally butchered, processed and packaged at our farm butchery.
Most animals are taken to Lockerbie abattoir where you can drop them off. As we are there every week we are happy to collect your carcasses and bring them back to the farm butchery for processing. Here your meat will be hung and processed to your requirements, vacum packed and labelled ready for collection or delivery.
We offer this facility for beef, Lamb & Pork.
