What's special about our Scotland Hog Roasts is that everything we use is Scottish if not Local to Dumfries & Galloway! Our pigs are all our own from our own farm. They are Free Range and from the Traditional Saddleback Breed. This in itself makes our hog roasts unique as the meat is juicier and full of flavour! All of our rolls are baked locally at Marchbank Bakers in Thornhill and we make all of our own spiced apple Chutneys and meaty stuffings.
We cater for many functions including weddings, Birthday parties and Corporate events - Please see our moat popular menu of what we offer - but if what you exactly need is not listed - please email us - the menu supplied is only as a guide - to get your mouth watering!
As well as our own free range pork we can offer other meats such as Galloway Beef, Lamb, Kuni Kuni Pork or Wild Boar (subject to availability).
