Duck Eggs
We are now able to offer Duck eggs in at the farm Burchery - they are all free range from the Sudley Family at Lochmaillin - they are great on their own and for baking! + MORE
This year as we are offering 3 bird roasts - this will consist of one of our Free range geese, Free range chicken, Wild pheasant and our free range saddleback pork sausage meat mixed with a sage onion and cranberry stuffing.
All of the main bird is boneless so it is much easier to carve - and there is more meat.
All of our birds will come oven ready with a recipe.
We only rear a small number of geese for xmas - and half of our birds are already reserved - if you are considering a bird for xmas please get in touch soon to avoid dissapointment.
